Hello, my name is Lindsey Laidlaw, owner of Centrework Energy Healing. I was born and raised in beautiful Summerland BC, in the heart of the Okanagan Valley. After completing post secondary studies in dance and visual art, I spent many years choreographing and teaching dance classes, and working in special care facilities and rehabilitation centres in the lower mainland and the southern interior area of B.C. After relocating to New Brunswick in the late 1980s, I branched off into fitness, became a certified Pilates instructor and a teacher-trainer for Pilates Physical Mind Canada. It was during this transition that my focus began to shift away from the expressive aspects of movement, to its rehabilitative applications and benefits. Somewhere along the way, in searching for help and answers for the injuries and imbalances in my own body, I was drawn into the world of energy healing. From there I went on to train and certify in a number of remarkable and life changing healing techniques and modalities that had made a significant difference in my person health and well-being. In my current practice as a Reiki Master Healer, Zone Technique Practitioner and Spiritual Freedom Technique Facilitator, the sole focus of my work is to help my clients feel well again and get the health improvements and healing results they want and need. I have worked with individuals of all ages located around the world who were looking for better healing results. This includes everything from common muscle and joint pain, to digestive issues, autoimmune diseases, migraines, sleep difficulties, high blood pressure, as well as a number of additional, more complex health and medical conditions.
